Conscious Feminine Leadership
8 weeks Online Course
Tuesdays 7pm EAT - Starting April 14th 2026

THE COURSE

For centuries, leadership has been defined by hierarchical models that prioritize and promote constant productivity, a sole focus on objectives and results, competition, and control. In this process, many valuable and necessary qualities, and other forms of leadership, historically associated with the feminine, have been made invisible, repressed, or considered unhelpful for leading. And this is causing an imbalance at a social, collective, and individual level… burnout, stress, anxiety, chronic fatigue, and a lack of motivation and purpose are becoming “the norm.”

In this context, to survive and demonstrate our leadership capacity as women, we have learned to lead “like men” and to embrace “wounded masculine qualities,” repressing and underestimating feminine ones. We have forgotten that there are many ways to lead and that feminine qualities and the feminine leadership styles that have existed previously are not only different, but necessary to regain balance and have a real and sustainable impact with our actions.

This is an invitation to remember what it would be like to lead by integrating our feminine qualities and embracing all that we are within: collaboration, emotional intelligence, nurturing, care, intuition, vulnerability, cyclicality… It is an invitation to self-knowledge as the foundation for coherent, authentic, and whole leadership aligned with our rhythms, nature, and purpose.

It is an invitation to explore, remember, and validate our unique way of leading and how to apply it to those areas of our lives where we hold a leadership position or would like to. It is not about choosing between masculine or feminine leadership; it is about integrating all that we are, and all the qualities that reside within us, to lead from a place of love, balance, coherence, authenticity, sustainability, and integrity to créate a real impact and transformation around us.

CONTENT

CLASS 1 - APRIL 14th: GENDER SOCIALIZATION AND LEADERSHIP
We have been socialized differently depending on the gender with which we are identified or identify, and this influences not only our capacity to lead but also HOW we lead. Furthermore, there is a historical invisibility of female leadership, which makes it difficult for us to validate different leadership styles that incorporate feminine qualities.

CLASS 2 - APRIL 21st: SELF-KNOWLEDGE, BODY, AND CYCLICAL LEADERSHIP
I propose self-knowledge as the foundation of leadership and any area of our lives. Through self-knowledge, we can know ourselves, understand ourselves, validate parts of ourselves, validate our needs, attend to them, and manage what is out of balance, as well as connect and relate to others. And it is by returning to the body that we can listen to and understand its language, through experience and not just through the mind. Furthermore, our nature is cyclical, and we go through different phases that connect us with different parts of ourselves and with different potentialities. Some phases of our cycle (pre-ovulation and ovulation) are perceived as positive because they are more aligned with what society and the system expect of us; and other phases (pre-menstruation and menstruation) are perceived as a problem since they connect us with qualities that are not seen as useful in leadership or, in general, for any area of the system. However, our cyclical nature is a great opportunity to lead in a more coherent, healthy, and sustainable way.

CLASS 3 - APRIL 28th: EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND EMPATHIC LEADERSHIP
Traditional leadership has encouraged us to control and repress our emotions, and to “perform” to manage the various situations we encounter. However, emotions are not something that can be repressed indefinitely. All the emotions we don't manage become trapped in the body and will affect and determine how we relate to others and lead. It is necessary to integrate and remember how to regulate ourselves emotionally, establish healthy boundaries, and interact from a place of regulation rather than reaction.
CLASS 4 - MAY 5th: FEMININE QUALITIES AS A LEADERSHIP STRATEGY
We live in a society polarized by wounded masculinity, which has repressed and dominated everything related to femininity, causing imbalance. And this same imbalance is reproduced in our leadership capacity. Despite what we've learned throughout our lives, feminine qualities have the power and potential to transform and create new forms of leadership born from love, not fear. Intuition, vulnerability, fluidity, trust, surrender, compassion, and love are qualities we need to reintegrate to lead from a place of balance and generate real and sustainable transformation. This is an invitation to resignify everything that has been associated to the feminine to remember the value in it through our own experience.

CLASS 5 - MAY 12th: PLEASURE, CREATIVITY, AND PURPOSE
The pursuit of pleasure is in our nature, understanding pleasure as a way to regulate our nervous system. Pleasure guides us, expresses itself as expansion in our bodies, releases creative, vital energy that opens the heart and expands our consciousness, and helps us connect with our purpose. We will explore how pleasure, creativity, and purpose are connected to the areas in which we lead or would like to lead.

CLASS 6 - MAY 19th: COLLABORATIVE LEADERSHIP
When we think about leadership, we inevitably think about hierarchy, power, and authority. However, a feminine perspective on leadership considers co-creation, collaboration, actively listening to all members, and inclusión, fundamental leadership elements. These qualities require a different way of relating and connecting, of understanding power and our relationship with it. It invites and challenges us to question leadership models that we see are no longer working. It invites us to remember and create other forms of leadership.

CLASS 7 - MAY 26th: SUSTAINABILITY AND SELF-CARE
Caregiving has always been considered something belonging to women, to the feminine and to the private sphere. It hasn't been given the visibility or importance it deserves and has been taken for granted. Caregiving is the foundation that sustains the system and all the people who make it function. And we often forget that it all starts with ourselves, and we're beginning to normalize burnout, stress, anxiety, self-imposed pressure, endless workdays… We need to remember the importance of care—for ourselves, our teams, projects, communities… because only from a foundation of care can we generate a sustainable impact.

CLASS 8 - JUNE 2nd: INTEGRATED LEADERSHIP
It's not about choosing between masculine or feminine leadership; it's about integrating all that we are, and all the qualities that reside within us, to lead from a place of balance, coherence, authenticity, and integrity. To lead from love and awareness, not from fear, patterns, and learned programs. In this class, we'll integrate everything we've explored throughout the course to remember what our unique way of leading is, based on the integration of all our parts.

-
You’ve experienced burnout, pressure, or the constant need to prove yourself… and you sense there must be another way.

You’ve found yourself adapting to more “masculine” ways of leading — prioritizing productivity, control, or constant action — while feeling disconnected from your body, your emotions, or your natural rhythm.

You are ready to explore leadership not as something you have to perform, but as something that emerges from knowing yourself deeply.
-
You want to explore, experience, reflect and questioning other possible ways of leadership.
-
You feel the desire to lead from a place of authenticity, balance, and purpose — without sacrificing your well-being.
-
You want to integrate both your feminine and masculine qualities, instead of choosing one over the other.
-
You are holding — or want to hold — leadership in any area of your life: your work, your projects, your relationships, your community… or your own personal path.
